Great location, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, beautiful photobook of the region, comfortable beds.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I spent a weekend at a hostel in a remote area with great views of the mountains and the lake. the hostel was cozy with clean rooms and washrooms. It was well-connected to the local transportation system and it took me only 15 minutes to reach the main town on the bus. the hostel provided complementary facilities like wifi and power backup. I really enjoyed meeting new people in the common area and spending time in the nice lawn area.

The food wasn't up to the mark for vegetarians. I had to go out to eat, which was another adventure for me.

The accommodation boasts clean and comfortable rooms fitted with European-style amenities. The washrooms are pristine, and the shared spaces are cozy and well-maintained. The friendly hosts go the extra mile to ensure guests enjoy their stay in a serene and safe environment. Guests can participate in various activities like visiting the lake or relishing a special Kashmir dinner. The location is nestled in a quiet, picturesque area, offering breathtaking views.

The hotel's distance from the city center may pose an inconvenience for those seeking easy accessibility to all commercial areas.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impressive. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway from the city's hustle-bustle. Additionally, the hotel facilities and breakfast were excellent.

The property offered a stunning view of the mountains that were worth the visit. It was conveniently located and allowed easy access to shared cabs. The room and washroom were spotless and well maintained. the staff was warm and welcoming. They hosted activities like early morning lake visits and special Kashmir dinners that made our New Year's Eve extra special.

While the location offered great views of the surroundings, it was relatively far from the city, and it took us a while to commute back and forth. , the rooms were not equipped with central heating, and we had to huddle around the gas heater in the evenings, which became uncomfortable at times.

Staying at Zostel was an amazing experience. The hotel is well-equipped and located in a beautiful area. The atmosphere is great and very social, making it easy to meet new people. The staff, especially Sohail and Assif, go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. Thank you, Zostel team!

During check-in, I had a disappointing interaction with the owner, Shaukat Ali. I had already made advance payments and expected to be shown my room immediately.
